Mutts & Mimosas Adoption Event

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of attending the Mutts & Mimosas adoption event at Ember & Iron, benefiting Paws for Putnam. This heartwarming gathering brought together animal lovers and potential pet parents for a day filled with delicious brunch, refreshing mimosas, and, most importantly, adorable adoptable dogs.

Raising a Glass for a Great Cause

Indulging in the mimosa specials felt even more satisfying knowing that 10% of mimosa sales were being donated to Paws for Putnam. This fantastic organization works tirelessly to care for animals in need at Putnam County Animal Services. Their dedication ensures that every pet receives the love and care they deserve, and events like these play a crucial role in supporting their mission.

Making a Difference Together

The atmosphere at Ember & Iron was filled with excitement and camaraderie as attendees gathered to support Paws for Putnam. This event marked a historic moment for the organization, as all six dogs brought to the event were adopted—a first in Paws for Putnam's history. Seeing these wonderful animals find their forever homes was truly inspiring and a testament to the power of community support.

As a special thank you to those who adopted a dog, I offered a 50% discount on photo sessions. Capturing the joy of new pet parents and their furry friends is always a highlight of my work, and I am thrilled to offer this to help commemorate their new beginnings.

It’s moments like these that remind us of the incredible impact we can have when we come together for a common cause. I am proud to have been part of such a meaningful event and look forward to supporting more initiatives like this in the future.
