FAQ

Is set-up and break down included in the price and does it occupy any of the Photo Booth’s expected operational time?

Set-up and breakdown of our photo booths is included in all reservations and already included with any package. The set-up and break down does not consume any of your scheduled operating time.

How early do you arrive at the venue to begin setting up?

We typically arrive approximately 1 hour prior to our scheduled operating time to set-up.

What are the space, venue, and power requirements for the photo booth set-up? Can it be set up outdoors?

Our booth space requires a minimum 10' x 10' area, a minimum height of 7'11" for the backdrop.

- A power outlet should be within 30 feet, and the ground must be level.

- If you have an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided. If your event is outdoors during daylight hours (8am - 5pm), please contact us and we will work with you.

Will there be an attendant on duty to help our guests?

Typically yes! Our Booth Managers are highly trained in the art of modern photo-boothing. They will arrive 60-90 minutes before your time, set up and break down the photo booth, assist your guests with emailing photos and GIF videos ready to be posted on social media. Our Booth Managers ensure everyone has memorable experience at your event. We also offer drop off packages with do attendants.

When should the booth be operational during my event?

We recommend for the duration of the main reception period. We don’t want to be setting up or breaking down during your event. Particularly a formal event.
